Security Papers Limited (SPL) recently hosted a Corporate Briefing session at the PSX Auditorium, where we shared the outstanding financial performance approved during our 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Shareholders recognized the Company's strong results, including a 55% increase in profit before tax to Rs 2.392 billion and record sales revenue of Rs 7.312 billion. Profit after tax climbed to Rs 1.489 billion in 2024, reflecting a 54% growth compared to the previous year. In addition, a record dividend of Rs 12.50 per share was approved, consisting of an interim cash dividend of Rs 2.50 and a final cash dividend of Rs 10.00.

At Security Papers Limited (SPL), we believe a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system is key to preventing and mitigating workplace risks. It’s essential that everyone plays a role in creating a safer work environment for all employees and workers.
